A nice one night stay before heading back home. Despite having short stay, my kids had a blast at the swimming pool. Definitely worth a penny. The front desk staff and other staff are polite😊

Swimming poo..my son really love it, good staff, fast response and the ambience was so pleasent. Thank you for offering my husband to use hotel loading bay to bring down his motorcycle from Hilux. . Good location also .. nearby stadium. Surely will come again. The room very spacious compare to other room hotels.

The staff were all very helpful and excellent. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my stay was enjoyable even though the hotel is under refurbisment. The room was very clean but could be improved from time to time. Breakfast was extremely good. There was a wide variety of food to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. The F&B Supervisor was very efficient and made sure that the breakfast buffet was always well-stocked and the guest's table was always clean. Overall, I had a very positive experience at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The location is good, many eateries nearby, but not within walking distance. The room is clean and spacious. The wifi is good and the toilet is superb and wuduk friendly. The hotel pool and kids playing area is good for the children.

the staffs were all so nice and very accomodating. the pool was exceptional for small kids. the breakfast spread was out of the world. the room was big and clean and the pillows are fluffy.

My son loves your swimming pool Room the size really big compare to other hotels The facilities and the ambience of the hotel was very pleasent and peaceful.

The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious! The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The cons is that the parking near the lobby is not free, with a minimum fee of RM15 and maximum of RM25. However, you can park beside or behind the hotel for free; will need for a short walk.

The place is very stretegic and main area with nearest location we want to visit. The room very clean and so fragrance we check in. The staff very helpful and make us very comfortable to staying. We really recommend if want to stay here especially when you bring your kids.

I love the cleanliness of the room. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast spread is delicious and has a lot of choices. Will certainly come back here if i visit Terengganu again.
